Our industry is unregulated. That’s a problem. You can’t always trust that everyone’s gonna do what’s RIGHT. Or that they’ll be around when you need them. LOTS of foundation companies go out of business before you get a chance to redeem your warranty!
But we’ve been honoring our warranties for over 30 years now. And doing what’s right for YOU is precisely why we’re still here.
We honor our warranties as we honor our word.
- A no fine print warranty that’s on the level.
- If something we did fails, we FIX it. Period.
- Both CenTex Warranties are completely transferable at no cost and remains on file with the property (because people move, properties don’t!)
Our Lifetime Warranty:
*If you choose to repair your slab with our mighty CenTex CENTERBEAM Steel Pier®, you will be covered at no cost for any future adjustments.
It’s fully transferable too! Folks, it just doesn’t get any better than this!
Our Lifetime Service Agreement:
*If you choose to repair your slab with our Concrete Pressed Piling, or repair your pier and beam with our Sonotube Piers, you qualify for our Transferable Lifetime Service Agreement. Complete coverage for 5 full years. After that, if any adjustment is required, you only pay a small amount to adjust those piers that need a tweak to re-level the affected area.
No transfer forms or fees
