- Advanced CenTexnology!
“If your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.”
But not all foundation problems are the same, so we fill the gap with options that no one else has.
Three Different Slab Options to Solve Your Problem:
1. Our Own CenTex
This is our top-tier, flagship solution. We invented it! And there’s simply nothing like it: we pre-cut inner and outer sections of 12” steel pipe, which we sleeve, one inside the other, and hydraulically drive into the ground until refusal.
We install them directly under your home’s concrete grade beam, one steel section sleeved on top of the other, up to level. It’s the strongest, lasts the longest, and comes with our Lifetime Warranty!
2. Titan SP-90
We are the exclusive Titan SP-90 Eccentric Resistance Pier System provider in Central Texas! SP-90 is a top-tier solution for stabilizing residential foundations, offering an impressive load-bearing capacity of up to 90 kips. Designed for easy installation, it saves time and effort while ensuring long-lasting stability. Built with high-quality materials, the SP-90 system delivers reliable performance and peace of mind with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Engineered for durability and efficiency, the SP-90 pier is ideal for addressing foundation issues in a variety of settings. Its robust design ensures your structure is secure for years to come, making it a trusted choice for contractors and homeowners alike.
3. The CenTex Concrete Pressed Piling
A classic and very affordable option, we’ve been installing strong and reliable pressed piling piers for decades. We use precast 6”x12” concrete cylinders, which are hydraulically driven into the ground until refusal.
The installation occurs directly under your home’s concrete grade beam, stacking one cylinder on top of the other, up to level. With this option you get our Ten Year Warranty.
