Habitat For Humanity…
It turns out, Habitat For Humanity cannot perform restorations on homes that have foundation problems! There are just not enough funds to install new insulation, new windows, doors and siding, put a new roof on, AND repair the foundation. So unfortunately, those homes were just being set aside and passed over.
That’s where we stepped in…
CenTex provides foundation repair on Habitat homes that need it. Jesse, Habitat’s Rehab Manager, is ecstatic. Together, we’re saving his clients’ homes from being torn down, and their owners from being relocated.
Many of these folks have been in the same place their entire lives. They love their homes, they love their neighborhoods and they love their communities. They don’t want to be uprooted and have to move out to the suburbs.
So now, they don’t have to.
